30% of college freshmen will drop out due to academic pressures, personal issues or finances.

Among the remaining freshmen, many lack time management skills, have little connection/community, are easily distracted, lack sleep, have no support system and often refuse to ask for help.

One way to get ahead of these problems is getting used to meeting with a life coach 1-2x per month during your senior year in high school with the intention to continue through your college freshmen year.

Cindy has a huge heart for adoptive students, as an adoptive mom of three, and believes adopted children often times have even more obstacles to overcome.

Cindy is mom to three daughters with hidden special needs including ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, epilepsy and auditory processing disorder. She understands the complexities of students navigating new-adult-life while also overcoming these challenges every single day. She believes success coaching can offer these students a much needed framework for and safe place to explore and encourage their hearts/minds in an overwhelming world.
